“you can never have the best of both worlds”
“the grass is greener on the other side”
many of us might have heard of the phrases above or might have uttered them once or twice in their life. and none of us can complain about it. even I, myself, might have uttered it out of frustration. The competition in the working life is so much for us to handle and as much I hate to admit it, it is what many people are experiencing at this current moment.
Definitely, everybody wants to have the best of both worlds. But how? In any case, if you can have the best of both worlds, you will never cross to the other side.
Now, if everybody wants to have the best of both worlds, why aren’t everybody working towards it? Why the competition in the first place? Have you ever wondered about it? That is why, I am a firm believer of teamwork. It’s because you can get more things done without any squabbles. Maybe you might have heard of this phrase which goes like “two heads are better than one.” It is true. It is the sense of satisfaction when we pat each others’ back and say “job well done!” Honestly, you can never find such environment anymore.
